I had this confirmed by LucasArts after my son tried in vain to access the feature, which was the primary reason he bought the game. We have returned the game (to GameStop) and will be buying the PC version which I believe *does* have the level editor. 8 of 10 people found the following review helpful  Love the Original More, By = Fun: This review is from: Lego Indiana Jones 2: The Adventure Continues (Video Game) When I first started playing this game, I wasn't too thrilled at all, but that was because I thought you had to play the games on the island in order to unlock the levels for Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, but this is not the case. You play those and have to do certain things to unlock the mini games that go along with each of the four movies. Sadly, I'm still missing a couple of them, but one seems kind of impossibe to get which is knocking down totems in a minute or under. Some of the journal pages are around the island and you can easily obtain without playing a sort of game.This game is a bit different than the first. It takes you through Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and you play through 12 different levels that deal with the story of the movie. In the original you had to play through the story mode and free play mode and each one had a true adventurer bar that you had to fill up by obtaining so many knuts. So I was really looking forward to this game. I am SOOOOO sorry that we spent $25 on this game. I don't like the addition of the mini-games. My son (who loves ALL the other Lego DS games) doesn't want to play this at all because he says that it is too hard. This whole thing about having to find pages to unlock the actual game levels is annoying. The game just doesn't flow as well as the other Lego games. I already put a deposit down on Lego Harry Potter......and I sure hope the game play is better than this. |
